No shipment leaves our vault until the client reviews and approves this 4K video dossier.
2. Settlement Protocols, Custom Wrist Sizing & Title Transfer
Allocations may be settled in USD, EUR, CHF, GBP, AED, USDT, BTC, or ETH. Complimentary bracelet sizing (14.0 cm to 22.0 cm) is performed by our master watchmakers, and all removed solid 18K gold or platinum links accompany the timepiece inside its presentation coffret. Full transit risk remains insured by 18K VIP until signed receipt at your designated address.
Every lot catalogued by 18K VIP is verified on a calibrated Mettler-Toledo laboratory scale and Fischer XRF spectrometer on 4K video prior to private treaty allocation and insured armored delivery.
When is my allocation dispatched after reservation?
Within 24 to 48 hours of reservation, you receive your personalized 4K scale, XRF, and Witschi video on WhatsApp (+1 305 724 0661). Insured express dispatch occurs immediately upon your approval.
Who bears the risk during international courier transit?
18K VIP underwrites 100% of the transit insurance and customs clearance until the parcel is signed for at your delivery address.
Are bespoke CNC commissions subject to the same 4K QC sign-off?
Yes. Every custom dial, gem-set bezel, and solid Au750 build undergoes full 4K bench verification prior to release.
